NC Sealer and NC Lacquer Metal and Wood
Nitro-Cellulose (NC) Sanding Sealer from Marudhar Chemicals is a quick - drying clear cellulose sealer which renders very fine sanding properties shortly after application. Nitro-Cellulose sanding sealer is used for sealing on all types of wood use prior to the application of cellulose clear lacquer.

Nitro-Cellulose sanding sealer is applied in 1 or 2 coats WET on wet on all kinds of wood.

NC Clear Lacquer from Marudhar Chemicals is a high quality; Nitro Cellulose based quick drying clear lacquer. It is recommended for interior wooden furniture.

Surface Preparation & Application
Select seasoned wood for coating. Sand the surface with emery paper no. 220. Apply 1 to 2 coats of NC Clear Sanding Sealer and allow it to dry for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Sand the surface with emery paper 320 or 400 and cleaning of the surface to remove loose dust.
Apply NC Lacquer with the optimum gloss level as per the requirement. Apply 1 or 2 coat as per the requirement. Dry for 60 - 120 min. Apply Waxsil Polish and sand surface with emery paper no. 1000.
